Here are a few suggestions for "friendship phrases". Please chose a few, which resonate with you and use them for this type of meditation. Or even better, create your own, as they probably will work best for you.
"I see you" "You matter" "I care" "You belong"
"It's okay, I am here" "You are not alone" "I am with you" "I am by your side" "I am here for you" "We are in this together"
"You can count on me" "I have your back" "I stand with you" "I will protect you" "I will keep you safe"
"I have your best interest at heart" "You can trust me" "I trust you" "I support you" "I believe in you"

FOREST MONASTERY
Newbury Buddhist Monastery is just 70 minutes from the heart of Melbourne city. The magnificent landscape and tranquil surroundings offer an inspiring backdrop for seclusion and meditation.
With its establishment, both male and female spiritual aspirants can seek out full ordination. This supports the cultivation of Buddhist teachers who in return, share Dhamma teachings across the world.
